MBP Again Named One of the Best Firms to Work For by Zweig Group

MBP has once again been recognized as a Best Firm to Work For by Zweig Group. This year, MBP ranked #21 out of 73 in the Multi-Discipline category and #12 out of 35 in the 200+ Employees category.

The Best Firms to Work For Award recognizes the top architecture, structural engineering, civil engineering, environmental, geotechincal, landscape architecture/planning, and multi-discipline firms in the United States and Canada based on their workplace practices, employee benefits, employee retention rates, and more. Firms were graded on a combination score of comprehensive employee surveys and corporate evaluations, then ranked by category.
