Our award-winning Woohoo Wellness program encourages our team members to live healthy, active lives both in and out of the office and on and off the jobsite. The program has hosted friendly fitness competitions among team members and offices and includes weekly wellness tips and monthly articles promoting healthy choices.
As one of our MBP values, giving back to our local communities is very important to our company. All our offices participate in community service activities throughout the year and we even offer an annual award to both the team member and MBP office that go above and beyond for their community.
MBP has multiple activities throughout the year that encourage team members to have fun outside of work too. We aren’t just an 8-5 pm company – we enjoy spending time with one another when we’re “off the clock.” All our offices hold gatherings for team members, including holiday parties, happy hours, summer picnics and outings, potlucks, and more. We are a diverse company, and these fun events help us to get to know one another better, understand our differences and grow stronger as a team.
For almost 30 years, MBP has brought all of our team members together for a weekend of team building, strategic planning, and celebration. The purpose of the Annual Business Meeting is to communicate key initiatives and interact with team members from other offices. Plus, it’s a lot of fun! Team members and their guests come together for educational break-out sessions, networking, and an evening of awards, dinner, and entertainment. We’re proud that no matter how much we’ve grown, we continue the tradition of celebrating our employees and their significant others every year.
