MBP provided project management support services, building commissioning, and on-site resident project representative services, including cost estimating, constructibility review, on-site project inspection, and after federal funds were made available during construction, developed a Davis-Bacon and Related Acts compliance management plan. The project consisted of the construction of a new 106,000-square-foot elementary school on approximately 20 acres of land. The project included K-5 classrooms, cafeteria, gymnasium, library, and associated spaces.
