This project consisted of a new pre-kindergarten through fifth grade school facility on 22.53 acres with a 950 student capacity. The South Mecklenburg High School replaced two existing buildings on campus which dated back to the school’s founding in 1958, with a new 57,000-square-foot high school. It also included a lighting retrofit in the existing gymnasium as well as the renovation of the existing cafeteria on campus.
