MBP is pleased to announce that the City of Petersburg has selected the firm to provide construction and project management support services in support of the City’s public improvements program on a variety of projects for the City of Petersburg Public Works, Petersburg Area Transit (PAT), and Public Utilities. MBP will assist the City in managing project controls to include quality, scope, cost, time, and risk during preliminary, final design, and construction phases for facilities, transportation and utilities projects.
MBP was also recently selected by Virginia State University to provide project management services for the University’s 167,874-square, 6,500 seat Multipurpose Center. The campus is located in Ettrick, Virginia, adjacent to the City of Petersburg.

Services to the City will last one year in duration with possible renewal up to four additional years.
