James Mangrum has 17 years of professional experience in the construction industry, serving in various roles ranging from project management to office engineering, with responsibilities including budget controls, schedule review, estimate generation, contractor performance evaluations, project procurement, and project closeout. An expert in a variety of construction and maintenance operations, James’ experience includes both horizontal and vertical work. Notably, his horizontal work encompasses guardrail installation, interstate, primary and secondary plant mix paving operations (spot milling, mill and overlay, overlay and performance milling), pavement markings and markers, underdrain installation, shoulder stone placement, rumble strips, and reinforced concrete structures. His vertical work involves historical building renovation and collegiate campus space fit outs, maintenance, and renovations.
