MBP’s design phase services included cost management, estimating, constructibility reviews, commissioning, coordination of meetings, tracking compliance for LEED certification, and project scheduling. Construction phase services included project management, daily on-site construction management services, total cost management, and commissioning. This 598,268-gross-square-foot historic federal courthouse is occupied by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, the Offices of the U.S. Trustee, the U.S. Attorney, and the U.S. Postal Service. This energy conservation and renewable energy generation project was funded under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 and is pursuing LEED certification under the LEED EB:OM rating system.
