Steve Pancham has 37 years of experience in transportation, utility infrastructure, and new building and renovation projects. He has served as project engineer/manager in charge of more than $500 million in highway and building construction projects. He has performed construction management, cost estimating, value engineering, CPM scheduling, and claim analysis services. He has experience with project planning from initial planning, design, procurement to project closeout. He has experience in building HVAC systems, controls, life safety, and electrical systems. As a former bridge designer, he has an excellent understanding of foundations, substructures, and structural steel erection. Steve is an active member of the Construction Management Association of America and the International Facility Management Association.
