Matt Martin has more than 12 years of construction management, engineering, and practical field experience. He has successfully supported public and private owners on a wide variety of building construction, transportation, and other infrastructure projects. He brings expertise in the areas of CPM scheduling, cost estimating, constructibility review, claims mitigation, value engineering, contract administration, and construction inspection. Matt has on-site experience managing teams, project budgets, and schedules. He is skilled at being a projects main point of contact and enjoys working closely with clients to help them achieve their objectives.
Matt began his career with MBP as a summer intern and joined MBP as an entry level engineer upon graduation from college. Matt is a Project Manager involved in project work as well as various business development efforts to grow MBP in South Carolina. He helped charter and serves on the board of directors for the newly established South Carolina section for the American Society of Highway Engineers (ASHE).
