MBP is providing program controls, risk analysis, project administration, and construction management services under a comprehensive Program Management Services contract supporting Kimley-Horn for the Virginia Passenger Rail Authority’s (VPRA) Transforming Rail in Virginia (TRV) Program. This transformative initiative is focused on expanding and improving passenger rail service across the Commonwealth, with key capital improvements along the Richmond, Fredericksburg, and Potomac rail corridors and the Western Rail Corridor.
