MBP provided quality assurance management services during the design and construction phases; and quality assurance inspection and testing, and project records management services during the construction phase. The project consisted of the construction of a new diamond interchange for Route 29/460 and Odd Fellows Road. Project elements included a new bridge over a divided highway, improvements to existing Odd Fellows Road, and the construction of two new roundabouts.
