MBP provided construction engineering and inspection services for NCDOT on an as-needed, on-call basis throughout the state of North Carolina. All work under this contract is performed in accordance with all applicable guidelines published by the state and in accordance with the scope of work. Projects under this on-call contract included new construction and maintenance projects on rural, urban, and interstate projects at various locations throughout the state.
