MBP provided comprehensive construction management services for Hanover County, Virginia, overseeing inspection, construction administration, and drone operations. The project involved widening and improving a heavily traveled commercial section of Mechanicsville Turnpike (Route 360) and Lee Davis Road.
The team successfully managed complex underground and above-ground utility conflicts to maintain the construction schedule and ensure on-time, on-budget completion. MBP also facilitated communications with local stakeholders, including business representatives and school officials, to keep the community informed and minimize disruptions throughout the project.
