Hampton City Schools, Kecoughtan High School

MBP served as Owner’s Representative for the new Dr. Jeffery O. Smith Science Wing at Kecoughtan High School. The two-story addition spans approximately 37,313 square feet and features 15 state-of-the-art science classrooms and extended learning areas.

With a total project investment of about $16 million, our team coordinated all phases from design through opening. We assisted the owner in overseeing construction progress, facilitating communication with stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with quality and schedule goals. This addition replaced aging portable units and elevated on-site STEM learning capabilities with modern infrastructure.
