Goochland Elementary School

MBP provided construction management services for this state-of-the-art elementary school, designed to foster collaboration, engagement, and student-centered learning. The 25-acre campus includes 44 classrooms, flexible collaboration spaces, fields, playgrounds, and surface parking, serving 50 pre-kindergarten and 650 kindergarten through fifth-grade students.

Funded through bond financing approved by voters in 2021, along with additional local support, the school was designed to be adaptable, age-appropriate, and connected to its natural surroundings—creating an inspiring environment for learning and growth.
