MBP provided owner representative services during the renovation of the existing resident hallways and dining areas in a senior living facility. The project focused on upgrading finishes to reflect upscale residential construction standards, incorporating artwork and materials to create a welcoming, home-like atmosphere.
Key features included painted walls with accent colors, specialized lighting for wayfinding at queuing and vertical circulation points, and distinct color schemes for the Terrace through the Fourth floors. Additionally, signage and stairwells were updated to promote a healthier lifestyle. The renovation also featured the addition of shelf areas for package and newspaper delivery, updated doorbells, renovated elevators, new handrails, and refreshed ceilings. The project extended to upgrades in the Bistro, Café, Dogwood, and Camelia dining rooms, and the Beltie’s and Players lounges, enhancing the overall resident experience.
