MBP provided LEED enhanced commissioning services and LEED consulting services during the design, construction, acceptance, and warranty phases. The project involved the construction of an approximate 11,000-square-foot fire station and emergency medical services building. Systems commissioned include air handling units with direct expansion cooling and gas heat, gas-fired domestic water heaters, infrared heaters in the apparatus bays, and a photovoltaic system for renewable energy. The project is pursuing LEED Gold certification through the USGBC.
