Fairfax County Department of Public Works and Environmental Services, Herndon Fire Station
Herndon, VA
MBP provided scheduling support and claims analysis services for the construction of a new two-story, 14,500-square-foot replacement fire station. Our team reviewed key project documents to understand the scope of work, phasing requirements, and project constraints. We analyzed the baseline schedule to assess the initial phasing plan and construction sequence, and reviewed the most recent schedule update prior to the development of the recovery schedule to evaluate project progress.
The project included constructing a temporary fire station to maintain uninterrupted fire and rescue operations, demolishing the existing facility, and building a new two-story station with below-grade parking at the same location.
