MBP provided pre-construction constructibility review, cost estimate review, and phasing schedule studies for the expansion and renovation of a courthouse and office complex. The project featured construction of a new 325,000-square-foot, five-story building housing courtrooms, offices, detention areas, and other support spaces. Additionally, the project involved renovating the existing a 260,000-square-foot facility, including mechanical upgrades and installation of a new food service/cafeteria.
