City of Williamsburg, Williamsburg Police Station

City of Williamsburg Police Station is a new, approximately 54,000-square-foot public safety facility designed to support the operational needs of the Williamsburg Police Department. The project included the relocation of the City’s existing public works yard to make way for the new police station, with planning that also considered a future third-floor expansion of approximately 8,000 square feet. The facility includes administrative offices, training spaces, storage areas, locker rooms, a fitness room, break areas, and secure parking to support the department’s day-to-day operations.

MBP provided construction management services throughout the project, helping coordinate project delivery and supporting quality, schedule, and budget objectives. MBP also provided commissioning services for the facility’s mechanical, centralized domestic hot water, and electrical systems, helping verify that critical building systems were installed, tested, and operating as intended prior to occupancy.
