MBP provided enhanced commissioning services for the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure they met the Owner’s Project Requirements and Basis of Design. Our team supported the project through the design, construction, acceptance, and warranty phases.

As part of the LEED certification process, MBP conducted commissioning design reviews at key project milestones, including Schematic Design, Design Development, and 95% and 100% Construction Document stages. We also developed commissioning specifications for inclusion in the project manual. During construction, our services included LEED commissioning site observations, TAB verification, and functional performance testing.

The project involved the construction of a 30,000-square-foot community center featuring a gymnasium, locker rooms, fitness room, dividable multi-purpose room, classrooms, and offices. The facility received LEED Silver certification.
