MBP provided Owner’s Representative services, guiding the project through the preconstruction, procurement, and construction phases. Completed on time and within budget, the project included the development of 240 additional RV campsites to an existing complex, along with new roads, water and sewer distribution, communications infrastructure, a power distribution system, relocation of overhead power to underground systems, and a sanitary sewer storage and pump station with pre-treatment.
