MBP provided comprehensive construction management services for Atlantic Park, a landmark mixed-use destination at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront. The 10-acre development transformed multiple city blocks into a vibrant community hub, anchored by The Dome, a 3,500-seat entertainment venue, along with two parking structures totaling nearly 1,500 spaces, a surf lagoon, and extensive off-site infrastructure improvements. MBP monitored construction materials and installations, verified adherence to environmental and stormwater management standards, and maintained detailed documentation to keep the project on track.

By managing inspections, tracking change orders, and facilitating transparent reporting, MBP helped deliver a complex, high-profile project that enhances the Oceanfront with a year-round cultural and recreational destination.
