Aldie Fire Station
Aldie, VA
MBP provided construction support services throughout the pre-construction, construction, and closeout phases of the new Aldie Fire and Rescue Station project in Loudoun County, Virginia. The 22,631-square-foot facility will replace the existing station, originally built in the 1960s, and is designed to better serve the area’s growing population and emergency response needs.
The new station includes modern apparatus bays, bunkroom facilities, a training room, a break room, restrooms and showers, food preparation and dining areas, laundry and decontamination spaces, supply storage, a gear and hose drying area, a breathing apparatus air compressor room, a fitness room, offices, and a repair shop.
Strategically located to optimize response times across the region, the new station will serve more than 6,000 Loudoun County residents over an area of approximately 35 square miles. The facility’s modern design will help ensure emergency crews can respond more quickly to incidents, addressing the critical five-to-seven-minute window needed to improve outcomes in both fire and medical emergencies.
