As part of the MacDonald-Bedford | MBP Joint Venture, MBP is providing program and construction management services to support this $9 billion construction program for the creation of the Marine Corps Base (MCB) Camp Blaz on Guam to move several elements of the III Marine Expeditionary Force (MEF) from Japan to Guam and Hawaii. This contract will help NAVFAC Pacific and its clients execute their dynamic and challenging construction program in the NAVFAC Pacific Area of Responsibility (AOR) including Guam, Hawaii, Japan, and Australia, as well as the Western United States.

The program includes a wide variety of projects including aviation, waterfront, medical, training, housing, utilities, fuel, and other complex infrastructure.  Services include program management, project risk analysis, construction oversight, cost estimating, schedule analysis, design technical support, construction safety oversight, environmental and cultural resources compliance oversight, smart grid coordination, commissioning services, information technology/communication project coordination, drone operations, quality assurance, and other technical support.
