MBP provided construction management support services including document management, project controls management, cost estimating support services, scheduling support services, and structural construction support. The five-story, 90,000-square-foot building houses the new Silver Spring Library. The library features flexible design, multi-use meeting rooms, a children’s program room, and computer labs. This project achieved LEED Gold certification.
