MBP provided on-site construction management services for the  Jones & Cabacoy Veterans Care Center project which was built to provide temporary and long-term housing for veterans.

The building was named in honor of two war heroes – Colonel William A. Jones III and Sergeant Christopher F. Cabacoy, is a new, one-story healthcare facility of about 130,500 square feet. The center has 128 private bedrooms and a variety of shared spaces, including a library, barbershop/beauty salon, central kitchen, laundry, rehab suite, as well as its own pharmacy. It has outdoor spaces, designed to allow residents to get fresh air while keeping in mind the safety and security of residents with memory loss and dementia.

The Virginia Department of Veterans Services facility provides skilled nursing care and memory care for Veteran residents, including, rehab, physical and occupational therapy, speech and language pathology, nutrition, and bathing assistance. The site was landscaped with ponds and a pedestrian walk path that traverses the water by way of a footbridge.
