MBP provided dispute resolution services for the West Ox Animal Shelter. The project involved a phased addition and renovation to the existing Fairfax County Animal Shelter at 4500 West Ox Road with a combined new and renovated construction area of 27,298 square feet. This project included animal care facilities and administrative areas, which were maintained during construction of the project.
