Third-Party Recruiting Policies

MBP Policy for third-party recruiters, recruitment agencies or staffing agencies:

All vendors must have a signed vendor agreement on file with MBP in order to receive payment for a candidate placement or introduction. Candidate introductions, resumes, or CV’s must be submitted to the MBP HR team only and if a) vendor agreement is already in place and b) the agency has received a formal instruction from a member of the MBP HR team to submit candidates for a vacancy. Verbal or written commitments from any other member of the MBP staff will not be considered binding terms.

Unsolicited Resumes:

Any resume or CV submitted to any MBP Team Member without having a vendor agreement in place will be considered property of MBP. MBP will not be held liable to pay a placement fee.

It is the responsibility of all third-party recruiting or staffing agencies to know this policy. Any questions should be directed to MBP’s HR team.
