MBP Strengthens Dispute Advisory Capabilities with Strategic Hires
MBP, a leading construction management and consulting firm, has expanded its dispute resolution capabilities with the addition of Jason Ligon, CFE; Christopher Foux, CPA, ASA, ABV; and Philip Snyder, PE, three senior experts whose experience includes forensic accounting, financial damages analysis, and schedule delay analysis.
Ligon, Foux, and Snyder join MBP from the same consulting firm, where they worked together as part of a disputes and litigation support practice. Collectively, they bring extensive experience supporting construction and commercial disputes across a wide range of industries.
Their addition strengthens MBP’s ability to provide integrated schedule, cost, and financial damages analysis while enhancing the firm’s support for clients and legal teams navigating complex project challenges.

Jason Ligon, CFE, brings significant experience in quantifying damages, performing financial analyses, and conducting financial investigations. He has provided deposition and trial testimony and has supported matters involving construction quantum and damages, lost profits, intellectual property disputes, contract terminations, productivity impacts, and fraud investigations.
Christopher Foux, CPA, ASA, ABV,is a financial damages expert and forensic accountant who helps clients quantify and resolve complex economic issues in disputes and investigations. He advises and provides expert testimony for his clients on matters involving delay and disruption, cost overruns, terminations, lost profits, and valuation with particular expertise in construction and government contracting.
Philip Snyder, PE, is a licensed Professional Engineer specializing in schedule delay and critical path analysis. He supports owners, prime contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and designers throughout projects and during litigation. He assists clients with the preparation and evaluation of claims, Requests for Equitable Adjustments (REAs), change orders, and Time Impact Analyses (TIAs). He has provided expert testimony in several venues and supported complex infrastructure, energy, and government construction disputes.
Together, they bring deep experience across construction, infrastructure, healthcare, energy, manufacturing, and large-scale capital programs. They also have significant experience working alongside the federal government on projects around the globe.
The team will be part of MBP’s Disputes + Investigations offering, working alongside MBP’s existing experts to provide analysis and advisory services.
