Todd Creekmore has 34 years of experience in commercial building construction and operation. He has managed new construction, major mechanical renovation, energy savings performance contract and complex building automation projects during his career. Todd’s project management portfolio incorporates a variety of commercial and institutional facilities, including pharmaceutical, manufacturing, healthcare, K-12, higher education, military, federal, state and local government spaces in both new construction and renovation environments. As a Commissioning Project Manager, he has been responsible for managing all aspects of the project commissioning process from the Design through Warranty Phases. As a Commissioning Engineer, he has provided design reviews, submittal reviews, site observation reports, issue log tracking, pre-functional checklists, functional performance testing procedures and documentation and Monitoring Based Commissioning analysis and reporting. He has specialized experience in the installation and troubleshooting of direct digital control, fire detection and integrated building systems.
