Rob Victor serves as Transportation Market Leader, supporting MBP’s transportation practice with a focus on strategic growth and client engagement. With more than 30 years of experience leading transportation, infrastructure, and program management efforts across the public and private sectors, Rob serves as a strategic advisor to the firm, helping strengthen client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and support the delivery of complex transportation programs.
Throughout his career, Rob has led large multidisciplinary teams responsible for the planning, design, and delivery of transportation and infrastructure programs. His experience spans highway, bridge, transit, rail, aviation, and water infrastructure markets, working closely with transportation agencies and public-sector owners to advance critical infrastructure improvements and innovative project delivery strategies.
Rob is widely recognized for his leadership within the transportation industry. He is an elected Fellow of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and has served on ASCE’s Board of Direction, chaired the Committee on America’s Infrastructure, and contributed to the development of the nationally recognized Infrastructure Report Card. He is also active in industry organizations and has served as a volunteer mentor through WTS-DC for more than a decade.
