Rachel Fleming has 12 years of experience in the construction industry. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Duke University. A licensed Professional Engineer with a Civil-Construction concentration, a certified Construction Manager in Training (CMIT), and a CM-Lean professional, Rachel brings valuable project management skills to all phases of the construction process including owner’s representation, transition to operations, cost estimating, CPM scheduling, claims analysis, and on-site construction management.
