Phil Snyder is a licensed Professional Engineer and testifying expert with more than 15 years of experience specializing in schedule delay and critical path analysis. He supports owners, contractors, and legal counsel in preparing and evaluating claims, Requests for Equitable Adjustments (REAs), change orders, and Time Impact Analyses (TIAs). He has provided expert testimony in arbitration, state court, and the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals (ASBCA), and supported clients in ADR proceedings in various forums.
Phil brings extensive experience analyzing complex projects across different industries, including infrastructure, energy, healthcare, and commercial, and has significant experience in government construction and programs. His work focuses on evaluating schedule performance, identifying the causes of delay and disruption, and developing clear, defensible analyses to support dispute resolution on large-scale and technically complex projects.
