Nicole Johnson has 28 years of experience in various project controls-related roles within the construction industry. Throughout her career, she has held positions such as Assistant Deputy of Program Controls, Chief Estimator, and Vice President of Estimating Services. In her role as Service Line Manager at MBP, she delivers cost estimating (conceptual, pre‐construction, FTA cost estimating, at-risk, change orders), procurement, contract negotiations, and project/program controls services. Nicole has experience with clients in the transportation, K-12, higher education, and mixed–use sectors. She is also actively involved in the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE).
