Transitioning into digital innovation, he now specializes in workflow automation and business intelligence across the AEC industry. His expertise includes developing dashboards with advanced analytics, designing automated workflows that integrate enterprise applications, and building custom app solutions. Michael’s work extends to BIM coordination, 4D scheduling, 3D site planning, and model-based quantification, as well as managing reality capture programs utilizing 360 cameras and drones. He oversees the implementation and support of company-wide platforms while leveraging AI tools to rapidly prototype technical solutions that reduce manual effort and enhance organizational efficiency.
