Julie Coolbaugh serves as Senior Vice President of Human Resources and is a member of MBP’s Senior Leadership Team. With over 25 years of experience in human resources and organizational development, Julie leads the firm’s HR strategy across key areas including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, professional development, and organizational effectiveness.

Julie plays a central role in shaping MBP’s employee experience and workplace culture and ensures that HR initiatives are aligned with the company’s strategic goals. She also leads 401(k) Plan Administration and serves on MBP’s Investment Committee, supporting the financial wellness of team members. As a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, Julie is passionate about helping individuals and teams discover and leverage their unique talents. Her strengths-based approach to leadership development fosters engagement, collaboration, and high performance across the organization.
