Jill Hubbard has 25 years of extensive experience, including 18 years with MBP, in construction management oversight for rail, transportation, building and civil engineering projects. Her specialized experience includes CPM scheduling, contract administration and management, and a comprehensive grasp of task order contract scope development, procurement, management, and closeout. She is an expert in developing, updating, reviewing, and analyzing design and construction schedules and is experienced in contract procurement and management, claims and dispute resolution, change management, and cost estimating for an array of projects.
As an Area Manager at MBP, Jill is responsible for overseeing operations in our Fairfax and Columbia offices, where she supports a diverse team of construction professionals.
