Jeff Thatcher has 22 years of project experience in the construction and engineering industry and has served in roles ranging from field inspection to program management. He is a licensed Professional Engineer and Certified Construction Manager and has a unique blend of first-hand project experience with delivery methods ranging from traditional design-bid-build to alternative approaches like design-build and construction management at-risk. He also assists clients with identifying and pursuing alternative funding sources such as grants and low-interest loan programs.
In addition to his project work, Jeff has over a decade of leadership experience overseeing construction engineering and inspection programs that serve Departments of Transportation, municipal, and private clients.
