Jason Ligon has more than 17 years of experience supporting construction and commercial disputes through damages quantification, financial analysis, and forensic investigations. He has provided deposition and trial testimony and supports matters involving construction damages, lost profits, contract terminations, productivity impacts, and fraud investigations. Mr. Ligon has a wide range of experience in venues such as, U.S. Court of Federal Claims, federal and state boards of contract appeals, U.S. District Courts, and ADR proceedings.
Jason works closely with clients and legal counsel to evaluate complex financial issues and develop clear, supportable analyses. He is experienced in construction and commercial litigation across a variety of industries, including defense, energy, healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, and government contracts. On construction matters, he has quantified damages for delays, escalation, cost overruns, contract default, and changed work, and assisted with the preparation or review of change orders and requests for equitable adjustment. His clients include federal agencies, private law firms, and construction companies, among others. Mr. Ligon also frequently assists counsel and clients with forensic investigations related to asset misappropriations, embezzlement, and other integrity issues.
