Angie Oaks has 35 years of extensive experience in all aspects of project management and coordination, inspection, quality control, documentation procedures, construction management, and contract closeout of multimillion-dollar transportation projects. Her experience includes management of inspection teams to assist with development of project controls, procedures, and provide technical expertise. She also has experience with oversight of heavy/highway, industrial, governmental, and commercial building and renovation construction projects. Angie is a founding member of the Blue Ridge Section of the American Society of Highway Engineers where she is currently serving as the Treasurer. As a Group Manager, Angie is responsible for overseeing operations in our Southwest Virginia offices (Roanoke, Lynchburg, Marion, and Fishersville) where she supports a diverse team of construction professionals.
