Angie Oaks, CCM
Vice President, Group Manager

Angie Oaks has 35 years of extensive experience in all aspects of project management and coordination, inspection, quality control, documentation procedures, construction management, and contract closeout of multimillion-dollar transportation projects. Her experience includes management of inspection teams to assist with development of project controls, procedures, and provide technical expertise. She also has experience with oversight of heavy/highway, industrial, governmental, and commercial building and renovation construction projects. Angie is a founding member of the Blue Ridge Section of the American Society of Highway Engineers where she is currently serving as the Treasurer. As an Area Manager, Angie is responsible for overseeing operations in our Southwest Virginia offices (Roanoke, Lynchburg, Marion, and Fishersville) where she supports a diverse team of construction professionals.
