Tom is a Certified Value Specialist, Professional Engineer and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. He is experienced in value engineering workshop facilitation, Lean Six Sigma process improvement facilitation, cost estimating, life cycle cost analysis, constructibility reviews, project planning, project/program management, and design and construction criteria development. Tom has more than 25 years of experience on federal projects and has been involved in over 400 value engineering workshops and process improvement exercises. He has been trained in the use of SUCCESS Estimator, MCACES MII, and Crystal Ball (Microsoft Project).
