Mike Kroskie has 36 years of experience as a construction inspector on various VDOT projects in increasingly responsible roles from soil technician through permits field engineer to project manager. He has extensive experience in CBR sampling, soils-cement testing, asphalt testing, soil and aggregate testing, and concrete inspection and testing. Mike is very familiar with VDOT standards, Land Use Permit regulations and excels at documenting daily activities, and has experience representing VDOT before county government staff, developers, utility companies, and contractors. He has also worked closely with VDOT management to establish new guidelines and processes.
