Krista Manwaren joined MBP in 2008 and has been an integral part of the human resources team providing expertise in the entire employment life cycle including talent acquisition, talent engagement and development, performance management, total rewards, employee relations, and wellness and safety. As a seasoned senior human resources leader and business partner, she has used her diverse background to affect positive transformation. She prides herself on helping to create a culture of collaboration through implementing change to achieve workforce excellence. Krista has served on the local Society for Human Resource Management’s Chapter Board of Directors, Hampton Roads SHRM, as Programs Director, Vice President, and President. She also served on the local Association for Talent Development Chapter, SEVA TD, as Vice President of Talent Development.
