Julie Coolbaugh is a member of the Senior Leadership Team and leads the efforts of Human Resources, which includes talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, organizational effectiveness, professional development, and safety.
Julie develops and delivers compliance training sessions, annually reviews the benefits package, oversees open enrollment, and ensures strategy is communicated to the team. She is a certified Gallup Strengths Finder Coach and is committed to helping team members identify, understand, and lead with their strengths. She is responsible for all aspects of 401(k) Plan Administration, and she serves on the Investment Committee. Julie enjoys the challenge of identifying and solving problems and has a track record of managing change with efficiency. She’s a strong supporter and advocate for workplace diversity and inclusion.

Becoming an MBP Shareholder in 2008.
2. What is some advice you’d give to your 20-year-old self?
Know that everything happens for a reason and don’t question doors that open (or close) for you. Just go with it!
3. When you’re not at work, we would find you doing what?
At the gym, walking Burke Lake, wine tasting, or hanging out with girlfriends.
4. What’s your favorite thing about your job?
I have the opportunity to develop great relationships with all of our team members. I enjoy getting to know them on a personal level as well as learning what their career goals are.
