Jim Yatzeck has 25 years of experience in the construction industry, including substantial experience on educational, municipal, and state government building projects. Jim has extensive experience with traditional design-bid-build project delivery and alternate delivery methods including CM at-Risk, design-build, and P3. His specific duties have included program and construction management, pre-construction support, contract administration, CPM scheduling and review, design and constructibility review, P3 proposal evaluation, cost estimating, and value engineering. Additional skills include claims analysis, dispute resolution, and change order estimating, review, and negotiation.
