Chau Nguyen joined MBP in 2005 and has been a part of several major IT initiatives since then, getting to know the company’s technological infrastructure inside and out. Creative and forward thinking in his solutions and new concepts, he helps determine the team’s technical needs to succeed. With a strong knowledge in network administration and security as well as IT project management, he now leads the IT Support Helpdesk and is involved with other aspects of IT such as hardware/software life cycle, virtual/software communication, and cloud storage.
