MBP provided program management services to include cost estimating, constructibility review, and scheduling. MBP also provided on-site construction management services, inspection, change order reviews, schedule of values review, and commissioning services. The project consisted of the new construction of a 68,000-square-foot elementary school that also included a cafeteria and a gymnasium with seating for spectators.
