MBP provided comprehensive commissioning services for this state-of-the-art simulation training center, supporting the project from design through occupancy to ensure all systems operate at peak performance. Our work focused on verifying system functionality, optimizing performance, and aligning operations with the owner’s high energy efficiency and long-term reliability standards.

The 77,824-square-foot facility is designed to transform hands-on training for law enforcement, emergency medical services, and unmanned aerial operations. At its core is a 4D immersive interior training village and a two-story downtown street replica—offering realistic environments for emergency response scenarios.

Built to meet rigorous sustainability goals, the facility incorporates ASHRAE’s high-performance control strategies and rooftop solar systems to reduce energy use and environmental impact. These efforts earned the project a prestigious Three Green Globes certification from the Green Building Initiative (GBI), highlighting its commitment to energy-efficient design and operations.
