MBP provided commissioning services during the project’s design, construction, and acceptance phases. Systems commissioned included water source heat pumps, boilers, cooling towers, a domestic hot water system, lighting controls, and specialty systems. This two-story, 101,563-square-foot elementary school prototype is designed to accommodate 800 students.
